Necto Group introduces the new SMX100 gas sensors, engineered by WINSEN to provide accurate measurements, reliable operation and application flexibility for industrial monitoring systems.
The series also integrates intelligent diagnostics, automatic temperature compensation and adaptive operating functions to ensure continuous operation and stable measurements in industrial environments.
Thanks to the ultra-compact design (~1 cm thickness), UART digital interface and integrated microprocessor, the SMX100 series helps simplify the development of intelligent devices, reducing hardware complexity and eliminating the need for dedicated analog circuitry.
SMX gas sensors are designed for solder-free installation: the rear pin layout with flat gold-plated contacts allows the sensor to be aligned with the main board and secured by pressure using a clip or dedicated housing. This eliminates the need for connectors, PCB processing or soldering operations (a critical process for waterproof sensors due to the irreversible damage that heat and soldering fumes may cause to the internal sensor structure).
