Electrical terminal boxes

These new electrical terminal boxes enable all operators to make connections more quickly and more safely than with conventional systems. Power screwdrivers are no longer required, so there is no need to manually check tightening torque either. The terminal block’s own spring mechanism automatically adapts tightening force to suit the size of the conductor.

In conventional screw type electrical terminal boxes, the tightening force on the conductor is directly proportional to the pressure on the contact. High tightening torques may be required to apply sufficient pressure to large contact plates and to overcome friction in the screw threads. In NECTO-Quick spring loaded contacts, on the other hand, there is no friction and the contact plates are far smaller in size, greatly increasing specific pressure on the conductor.

NECTO-Quick electrical terminal boxes from the NECTO GROUP are made using plastic materials that conform fully to the latest ENEC and UL / CSA standards. This places them on a far higher technical level than alternative products. We also perform rigorous acceptance tests on incoming materials and components in compliance with our company Quality System, which is certified to UNI - EN - ISO 9001:2000.
